What Is It?

A Great Fun Dance / Fitness Class

Having trouble motivating your child? We use a combination of all dance styles!! Specialising J.F.H Modern - Contemporary - Theatre Jazz - Routine Work - Stage Presentation - Rhythm & Timing - Zumba Fitness - Boyz Hip Hop Classes - Adult Dance Classes & Classic Ballet.

The routines are designed to help children use the major muscles of the body whilst improving gross motor skills - co-ordination - weight loss - with increased strength, fitness & flexibility attained. Information is provided on health & nutrition to encourage & influence a healthy lifestyle.

Most importantly we encourage self-esteem, TLC & lots of fun in a positive, healthy environment.

Funketts - Technical Class!!

A combination of Classical Ballet, Contemporary & Modern, to improve alignment & flexibility. Designed by Physical Funk (Funketts Only)

Physical Funk is a progressive program:

Level 1 - Beginners

Level 2 - Intermediate

Level 3 - Elementary

Funkett Levels Advanced Program

Experienced & committed dancers participate in 2 - 3 classes per week.

Promotional - Elite

NB:When first joining, look for the level 1 timetable, unless experienced. If you are interested in a Funkett Program or J.F.H Troupe it is by audition only. Please enquire.

PLEASE NOTE: All classes are 'CLOSED' for parenting viewing. The last week of terms 1 & 2 we will have an 'OPEN' week, where you are more than welcome to view your child's progress.
